How to position your bed with the couple? Recent research shows that couples kissing and hugging before bed already so yesterday.

A study of 2,000 couples showed that the couple sleeping position end not to face each other. Why is that?

"Psychological state of a person also influence how a person's sleep and sleep position. When under stress, chances are many of us who do not want to be hugged and touched partner when in bed," says psychologist Corinne Sweet relationships.

The research also shows a woman's menstrual period contributed to lower the intensity of this romantic activity. About 25 percent of respondents admitted to not like his body touched by her partner during sleep.

"The temperature of a woman's body when she was menstruating increases, thus making them not want touched her monthly period," added Sweet.

Sweet adds about 10 percent of couples choose to sleep claimed separate beds in order to get a better quality sleep.
